Corinthians have enquired about the possibility of Andre Curry signing 19-year-old striker Vitor Roque from Barcelona.
Brazil outlet reported on Tuesday that Corinthians are interested in bringing Vitor Roque back to the Brazilian league, with initial contact made through the player’s agent, Andre Curry.
Vitor Roque joined Barcelona from Atletico Paranaense in January for €30m plus €31m in add-ons, but the 19-year-old forward has struggled for game time for the Blaugrana in the second half of last season.
Vitor Roque (19 years old) is looking to secure a spot under Hansi Flick. The young Brazilian forward, whose LaLiga registration expired on July 1, is among the players who might leave this summer since he isn’t a regular choice for the German coach. This is also due to the salary ‘fair play’ issues the club is facing. In this scenario, reports from Brazil suggest that he could be a potential target for Corinthians.
Vitor Roque is currently training in pre-season in a bid to win over new manager Hansi Flick, but the player’s future remains unclear and the Blaugrana could see the Brazilian leave on loan this summer after the club gave his No.19 shirt to 17-year-old forward Lamine Yamal for next season.
Corinthians have reportedly made enquiries with Vitor Roque’s agent Andre Curry about the possibility of signing the 19-year-old forward. Promotion ufabet but making the deal happen is not an easy task.
